Minors at NAU

NAU holds exciting learning opportunities for visiting minors. We welcome these visitors and make their learning experience and safety our top priority. Before a minor is eligible to participate in projects in NAU Laboratories or Animal Facilities, the NAU Minors Policy must be reviewed and the following forms must be completed and on file with the ORC. The completion and submission of these forms is the responsibility of the respective Principal Investigator (PI) or her/his designee. Pre-planning is key to this process as an ORC site-visit will be required prior to project initiation. The PI or designee must also conduct and document site/project-specific training of the Minor(s) prior to the commencement of the respective project.
